Freight costs depend on several factors: the transport mode you choose, the weight and volume of your cargo (we charge by the higher of actual weight vs. volumetric weight for LCL/air), the origin and destination addresses, any special handling requirements (such as dangerous goods or temperature-controlled cargo), and whether you need additional services like customs brokerage, insurance, or warehousing. Transit times vary by mode: air freight takes 3–8 days, trucking takes 12–18 days, rail freight takes 14–20 days, and sea freight takes 25–40 days door-to-door. Please note that these are estimates — actual delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal demand (such as pre-Christmas peak), weather, and port congestion. We always provide the most up-to-date ETA when you book your shipment.

Placing an order is simple. First, request a quote by filling out our online form or contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We'll review your cargo details and send a customized quote. Once you confirm, we coordinate pickup from your supplier or warehouse in China, handle all export and import customs documentation, and arrange transport to your European destination. Throughout the process, you'll receive regular updates and can track your shipment in real time.

Absolutely. All Qanmio shipments come with real-time tracking. After your shipment is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number that you can use on our website to check the current status, location, and estimated delivery date. For high-value or time-sensitive cargo, we also offer dedicated account managers who can provide proactive updates and handle any special requests you may have.

Modifications and cancellations are possible, but depend on the stage of your shipment. If the cargo hasn't been picked up or shipped yet, changes can usually be made at no extra cost. Once the shipment is in transit, modifications such as address changes may incur additional fees, and full cancellation may not be possible. In any case, contact your account manager as soon as possible and we'll advise you on the available options and any associated costs.

Yes, we offer both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) options. With DDP service, we handle everything — export customs in China, import customs in Europe, duties, taxes, and final delivery to your door, so you don't have to worry about any of the paperwork or surprise charges. With DDU, we deliver to your address and you are responsible for import duties and taxes. Our team can help you determine which option best suits your business needs.
